Mother’s Day gift ideas 2016

Happy Mother’s Day!

I thought I’d dive right into my first post with some great gifts for Mother’s Day. If your budget is tight this year, a thoughtful card is a great way to show your love! Tip: I absolutely love browsing the greeting cards at my local TJ Maxx! They run about $1.99 for the same look as the $4.99 ones do at my local grocers! I’ve also sent flowers and plants from Costco.com, the quality and price are on point.

Obviously, I recommend getting a beautiful Orchid plant. They last quite a while, need minimal up-keep and add a elegant touch to any room! This one is timeless!

If flowers aren’t her thing but a Chai tea latte is…then this will be perfect! I’ve loved this candle since my college roommate introduced me to it!

One of my favorite cookbooks as of recent is The Sprouted Kitchen. Let’s just say I haven’t made anything yet that I haven’t made again!

And lastly to keep this guide simple, L’Occitane hand cream. I love all things L’Occitane. Yes, it’s pricey but oh so worth it! Spoil her with some luxurious hand cream!
